Synopsis:
Rado is a middle-aged lorry driver who delivers vegetables and fruits. He makes every effort to provide a decent life for his family and especially for his teenage son, Plamen. Everything is fine until one day the boy finds out that most of the money his father is bringing home is earned illegally. This revelation provokes a serious conflict and the boy runs away from home. In order to regain his sons love and respect Rado makes an attempt to put an end to his shady deals, but he soon realizes that it is easier said than done.

– From 1991 to 1998 was President of the Bulgarian Film Producers Association and Co
Chairman of the Bulgarian Film Directors Guild.
– From 2000 to 2007 was a member of the Board of Directors of the “Boyana” National
Film Studios.
– Since 1992 works as an independent producer/writer/director through his own film
production company “Nikotea”.
– His films have participated at the international film festivals of Cannes, Venice, Karlovi
Vari, Montreal, Chicago, London, Krakow, Oberhausen and others. Most of them have
won awards.
