Writer and translator Christopher Buxton celebrates his thirty seven year ongoing relationship with Bulgaria, its inspirational history, its themes, its people and its writers.

In a talk illustrated by stories and poetry, the writer will talk about the inspiration that prompted his novels published in English and in Bulgarian, as well as his translations of contemporary and classical Bulgarian novelists and poets.
