Biographies:
Yana Burova (violin)
Yana Burova graduated her Mmus with a Dictinction at the Trinity College of Music in 2004. In 1998, she was awarded a scholarship to study Bmus with professor Yfrah Neamen at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. During that period, Yana has won various prizes and awards. She has pursued a very busy career both as a solo and chamber music performer, regularly playing throughout England and Europe. Yana has recently recorded a CD featuring Bulgarian classical composers.
Fiammetta Tarli (piano)
Fiammetta Tarli was born in Pisa, Italy. She started studying piano with Giampiero Semeraro at the age of five and gave her first concert at nine. Winner of the 1st Prize of the National Piano Competition Muzio Clementi in Florence at the age of twelve, Pietro Napoli in Livorno (three times), Pasquale Cafaro in Galatina, J. S. Bach in Sestri Levante and the International Piano Competition in Stresa. She recorded her first CD of piano works by Schumann for Gega New in 2007-2008. Her second CD of Schumann piano works will appear this year.
