The star of Bulgarian cinema and theater Tsvetana Maneva introduces her artistic circle of friends in the documentary “Of Men and Wizards”.

For the first time the actress admitted a backstage film crew to reveal what connects her with director Galin Stoev, who worked for years in the famous theater ” Comédie Française ” in Paris. As with Yana Borisova playwright , winner of the “Asker ” and ” Icarus ” for the play “A Little Play for the Nursery ” and ” Pleasantlyscary .”

Journalist Georgi Toshev, director Yavor Veselinovo and operator Rosen Daskalov track the rehearsal process of the latest show featuring Tsvetana Maneva “People of Oz ” at Theatre 199 in order to understand what connects the three artists.

“It’s amazing how an actress with a career like hers, so selflessly throws herself in a theatrical adventure ,” says Galin Stoev .

The two first met more than 10 years ago when the director invited her to participate in the controversial show ” The Vagina Monologues ,” which was about to be banned because of profanity .
