The solemn concert-performance in honour of 3th of March (National Day of the Republic of Bulgaria) “I love Bulgaria”, which the Bulgarian Cultural Institute London organised at the Ondaatje Theatre, Royal Geographical Society, was a huge success.

Over 700 seated and standing Bulgarian and English-speaking friends of Bulgaria filled the hall to sing, laugh and be entertained for almost two hours by the extremely talented musicians of the musical formation “Geomarchalo” – Georgi Miltiyadov (piano), Lora Tabakova (cello) and Chavdar Valkov (violin) and the unique “Masters of Comedy” – Kamen Vodenicharov, Georgi Mamalev and Toncho Tokmakchiev.

Loud applause resounded in the hall after each performance, the musicians and actors were called twice for an encore, and the excited audience repeatedly rose on their feet to applaud the artists.

Thank you, dear friends, for celebrating together the National Day of the Republic of Bulgaria! Thank you also for the hundreds of the messages of thanks we received for the concert and for the overall work of the institute!

We are also grateful to the exceptional, talented performers Georgi Miltiyadov, Lora Tabakova, Chavdar Valkov, Kamen Vodenicharov, Georgi Mamalev and Toncho Tokmakchiev who accepted our invitation and prepared this unique performance especially for the audience in London!
