Celebrating the Day of Bulgarian Culture and Enlightenment

On the occasion of May 24, the day of Bulgarian education and culture, the Bulgarian Cultural Institute London invites you on a solemn concert.
In the program you will see: the outstanding Bulgarian violinist, Svetlin Roussev, the virtuoso of the kaval Theodosii Spassov, and the great Bulgarian actor and director, Ivan Yurukov and his film “Till the final caprice”, the famous clarinetist Boyan Ivanov and the Hastings Philharmonic Orchestra String Quartet. The culmination of the event will be the world-famous Bulgarian writer, chosen among the six best writers in the world and listed in the short list of the prestigious “Booker” prize, Georgi Gospodinov.
After the event, we invite you to a cocktail where you can enjoy the wonderful Bulgarian wine ‘Ivo Varbanov’ as well as delicious surprises prepared especially for the event by the Bulgarian culinary master, Elena.
