The Bulgarian Cultural Institute London is pleased to invite you to a special event, presenting the incredible Bulgarian poet, fiction writer, literary translator and editor Nadya Radulova in conversation with Rosie Goldsmith, an English award-winning journalist specialising in arts and foreign and presenter.

Nadya Radulova is a poet, fiction author, literary translator, and editor. She has authored six poetry books and the novel Yozhi Lives Here (2023), which is forthcoming in German, Italian, and Arabic.

Radulova has been awarded the Ivan Nikolov National Poetry Prize, the Nikolai Kanchev National Poetry Prize, the Krastan Dyankov Translation Award, and the Union of Translators in Bulgaria Award. A book of her collected poems under the title The Woman from the Corner House was published in Romanian in 2022. The German translation of her poetry book Little World, Big World received the Hamburg Literary Prize in 2023.

Rosie Goldsmith is an award-winning journalist specialising in arts and foreign affairs. She is Founder and Director of the European Literature Network, Artistic Director of the European Writers Festival, Presenter at Slightly Foxed Podcast, Editor-in-Chief of The Riveter magazine and was Chair of the Judges of the EBRD Literature Prize from 2018-2020.

A BBC staff broadcaster for twenty years, she travelled the world, presented several flagship programmes such as Crossing Continents, A World In Your Ear, Open Book and Front Row.

She is a regular chair at literature festivals, collaborates with major cultural organisations, from museums to festivals to universities, such as Future Library Norway, ELIT-European Literature Days Austria, the Dutch Literature Foundation and the Swiss Arts Council. Rosie Goldsmith is a Director of the European Literature Festival at the British Library.
