The Bulgarian TV show “Outside the game” is broadcast on BNT for 5 years. The start of the show was in 2014 when was also the start of the newest television channel of the Bulgarian National Television – BNT HD, for sport and entertainment. Since April 2018 the TV show “Outside the game” is included in the main block of broadcast programming of BNT 1. The show airs on Saturday at 6pm, the prime time and is repeated every Saturday at 10 pm on BNT 3. The TV presenter Lyuba Pashova holds interviews with famous persons in the field of cinema, music, sport. Her guests tell little-known facts about their personal or professional life.
Guests reveal their world with the whole colorful palette of emotions. Luba herself is experiencing every single interview and says:
“Why do I need “Outside the game”? Because it’s white, because it’s warm, because there is a true, because there is a road. I’ve never had the feeling that someone is sitting opposite me and lying to me. That’s what I consider to be an achievement. Many of the famous people live in a fictional world, but we have succeeded to keep ourselves away from it. And for us the show “Outside the game” is a road. Evgeni Nikolov gave the idea for the show and the title. I just liked them. Some time ago I came to the conclusion that I would only do things I like and give me pleasure. After nearly 200 shows these meetings still color my soul.”
The first two seasons of the TV show continue their life in books collecting all interviews.
