Join us as we host our end of year theatre performance by the Bulgarian Army Theatre  (Bulgarian: Военен Театър) with two of Bulgaria’s most esteemed actors, Gerasim Georgiev-Gero and Valentin Tanev.

“Charged for high treason, Švejk is sent not to court, but straight to the Insane Assylum, after his psychiatrist diagnoses him with “spiritual stupidity and inborn cretinism.” There he discovers the life he always dream of – “freedom, brotherhood, rationing and electric-shocks” – but not for long. He is quickly moved into jail, and from jail to the battlefront.” (translated from Bulgarian.)
