Yoga class for beginners
Welcome to Yoga class for beginners on Saturday, 18.12.2021, at BCI London, at 9:00 am.
In Yoga for Wellbeing , we will learn:
- about the yoga principles which can be practiced everyday off the mat too.
- Basic postures and how to practice them safely at home.
- Importance of breathing and how to control emotions through breathing techniques;
- How to be mindful instead of functioning on autopilot ;
What to wear when coming to a yoga class:
- Your own yoga mat
- comfortable, stretchy clothes
- a bottle of water
